Hampton Inn Burlington

We stayed for 2 nights in a room with a single queen size bed. Neither of us sleep good, as there was a low spot in the middle of the mattress and we kept rolling into each other. The room was mostly clean except for a plastic knife behind the fridge and dust on the headboard. One bulb was burnt out in the shower/toilet area so it was pretty dark in there. The ceiling was peeling above the shower. The pool and Whirlpool were clean but over chlorinated as our eyes burned shortly after entering the area, so we only stayed about an hour. We showered immediately after but today our skin is dry and itchy. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. One of them did say the hotel is due for renovations, and I agree. The breakfast had a good variety of things to eat and drink. If you don't mind trains coming past every hour or two (the track is right behind the hotel), then this hotel may suit your needs. There are a great variety if places to eat within walking distance, as well as some shops and bars.

We had a wonderful visit at this hotel. The desk was very helpful. The only issue we found was they were so busy and not enough items for breakfast. Food was usually gone before 9:30 for breakfast. We usually had to go out to eat breakfast. There is also only one ice machine on the first floor. Each floor doesn't have ice machines. House keeping was very friendly and helpful with a couple requests.

I had a wonderful stay there in October last year. I'm a foreigner and I loved their american breakfast and the fact that they have a machine with ice on the room's lobby which I could use at any time of the day. The service was also great and I felt welcomed by the staff. They also have a pool which I didn't have the chance to use. Regarding the bed it was super comfortable, the location couldn't be better, everything was cleaned so I consider it was well spent money. Thank you

I stayed at this location last weekend & I'm really glad that I did. While it was a bit of a splurge due to lots of events happening in the area, it was definitely worth it. Shout out to Linda, Debbie, Candace, the breakfast staff, housekeeping crew, and everyone else that works at this location. The building is clean and very well maintained. The beds are so comfortable! The staff is very friendly, happy, and attentive. They truly care about the guests and experience. Coffee in the lobby was always available. I also enjoyed having the pool & hot tub all to myself. The hotel is in a great location, right at the edge of downtown. By the way, this town should come with a warning because they will charm you out of ALL of your money! I mean that as a compliment. It was fun walking around the town and there are some VERY talented bakers & makers in the area. I was unexpectedly fortunate to experience their farmer's market and annual street fair. Fantastic experience!!

Recently spent 4 days here with our 2 senior dogs. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! All of the staff we encountered were so nice and welcoming. The daily breakfast bar was well stocked and fresh. Our room was clean and well equipped for us and our dogs. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows provided. We loved that we could keep their water bowl in the walk in shower to prevent slobbery, wet floors. Our room was on the first floor, near the exit closest to the pet area making for convenient and easy potty breaks. The pet area was well cared for and always stocked with clean up bags. The location was within walking distance to great food (Fred’s), Custard (Adrian’s), coffee (Burlington Coffee Co) and shopping (Chic and Unique Boutique). We were a little apprehensive being so close to train tracks, however, the train doesn’t blow its horn when passing by so we hardly noticed them. We make a few trips to the area each year and will always stay here. Thanks for making our trip so comfortable.

You can't beat the location: 1 min walk to any bar, restaurant, coffee shop, and 5 min walk to wedding reception. The room was very clean, the shower was awesome: great water pressure massage after 10h driving. Modest breakfast if you want to loose weight.

Our stay at the Hampton inn in Burlington Wisconsin was great. We stayed over the week of Christmas 25’ and had no issues. The hotel is quiet and the room was clean. They have spectrum cable tv with a ok selection with no stream options. (I’m bias and work for a tv company in their commercial department) The pool and jacuzzi was great and my boys loved it. Breakfast was hit or miss. They have a fresh waffle maker with churro or vanilla, and their hot foods were the same throughout the week with eggs, potatoes and the meat varied between paper thin bacon(pass on), maple sausage cuts(really good) and the chicken Sausage patty(ok). They also have oatmeal, bread jam, and cereal bar. The Orange hire was also really good, the a cranberry was a little watery. Did not use the gym and the computer lab was out of service. The biggest downside I would say was they do not have a market/convince to purchase from only some vending machines at the end of the first floor with some soda/water and snacks.

Staff was so amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good above average for a hotel breakfast. They had Vanilla and Pumpkin Spice waffles, real whip cream and sprinkles! The room did not have a microwave or mini fridge but it was still nice and very clean. I would recommend!
